Pace of Play Policy
We pride ourselves on having quick pace of play while having a good time. Below are guidelines that we expect all participants to abide by when playing in FTL Golf Getaways.
1. Pick Your Play: Go Solo, Best Ball, or Scramble — whatever sounds like the most fun for your group!
2. Double Par Max Scoring: Once you reach double par, pick it up and move on!
3. Play Ready Golf: If you’re ready and it’s safe, go for it! A few ways to play ready golf: Two practice swings max and then let it rip, prepare for your shot while your playing partners are hitting.
4. Putts: Putts within one club length can be a gimme, especially for newer golfers. More experienced golfers can play them out if they prefer.
5. Keep It Moving: Give lost balls 3 minutes max, keep things moving, and help your group stay on pace. Most importantly - HAVE FUN!
